libhtml-html5-entities-perl software package provides module to encode and decode character entities defined in HTML5, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libhtml-html5-entities-perl
libhtml-html5-entities-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libhtml-html5-entities-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libhtml-html5-entities-perl *
You will get with libhtml-html5-entities-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
